Report templates have been created so that you can easily create your own reports and share information about CARE programs in a simply designed format. There are templates for multipage reports and one sheets with options for including more technical information or more visual. You can easily cut out pages that you don’t need or duplicate them for a longer document.

The templates are available in InDesign format for professional printing and those who know how to use this program. They are also available in Micorsoft Word for easier editing and online distribution of Word docs or PDF files.

It is important that you not change the formatting of these documents so that they will be consistent across the organization. Simply fill in the blanks, add photos and fill in chart or delete them as needed.
