CARE on Capitol Hill Social Media Toolkit

Spread the word and take others on the journey
CARE is heading to Capitol Hill March 4–5 ahead of International Women’s Day to urge U.S. leadership to protect and strengthen international assistance that supports women and girls worldwide.
Together, we’ll call on Congress to protect critical humanitarian and development programs that help women access economic opportunity, healthcare, food security, and protection from violence. These smart, cost-effective support addresses the root causes of poverty, prevent costly crises, and help build more stable, resilient communities around the world and here at home.
We invite you to share your experience on social media by using the prompts below.
Please note, as you'll be posting as a CARE advocate while you're in D.C. with us, we ask that you stay focused on speaking to your experience and what you're advocating for.
